Right Way Landscaping

1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of rightwayls.com (the "Site"), operated by Right Way Group LLC, doing business as Right Way Landscaping ("Right Way Landscaping," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who We Are
Right Way Landscaping is a commercial landscaping company serving San Diego County, California and surrounding cities. We provide grounds maintenance, tree care, fire prevention and vegetation management, irrigation and water management, landscape improvements, cleanups, and drainage services to commercial properties, HOA and multifamily communities, management portfolios, and public agencies. We are licensed, insured, and bonded in the State of California.
3. The Site Is Informational
The Site describes our services and allows you to request an estimate or schedule a property inspection. Nothing on the Site is an offer to perform work, a guarantee of availability, or a binding quote.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. If you submit a request on behalf of a company, HOA, management firm, or public agency, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
5. Estimate Requests and Scheduling
Submitting a form or booking an inspection through the Site is a request, not a confirmed appointment or agreement for services.
All appointments are subject to our confirmation by phone, text, or email.
Estimates are prepared only after an on-site walkthrough and may change if site conditions differ from what was described.
Pricing shown or discussed before a walkthrough is preliminary.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed inspection, please contact us as early as possible.
6. Services Are Governed by a Separate Agreement
Any landscaping work we perform is governed by the written proposal, estimate, contract, or service agreement signed by both parties, not by these Terms. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed service documents control for that work.
7. Text Messages
If you provide your mobile number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us about your request, your appointment, and your service, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your mobile number or your consent to receive text messages with third parties for their own marketing.
8. Accuracy of Site Content
We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but service descriptions, photographs, and other content are provided for general information. Project photographs are illustrative and do not guarantee a particular result on your property. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.
9. Our Content
The Site and its contents, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and layout, are owned by Right Way Group LLC or used with permission and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The Right Way Landscaping name and logo are our marks. Client logos appearing on the Site or in our materials remain the property of their respective owners.
You may view and print Site content for your own evaluation of our services. You may not copy, republish, sell, or use it commercially without our written permission.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Submit requests on behalf of someone without authorization
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or any related systems
Introduce malware, scrape content by automated means, or interfere with Site operation
Use the Site to send unsolicited commercial messages to us or our users
11. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites, do not endorse their content, and are not responsible for them. Your use of a linked site is governed by that site's own terms and privacy policy.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free.
This section applies to your use of the Site. It does not limit any warranty we provide in a signed service agreement for landscaping work.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Right Way Group LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site, including lost profits or lost data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under California law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Right Way Group LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The Effective Date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
17. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
